FRIDAY EVENING SOCIAL & MARKET
6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. | Tio & Janell Kleberg Wildlife Research Park​

• Reception, cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres. 
• The Market is a unique opportunity to shop for art, jewelry, clothing and other items in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.  We invite premier vendors to participate in this event to offer our guests a variety of the highest quality items from all over the country. 
• Attire: South Texas Casual 

SATURDAY RELEASED BIRD HUNT
8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. | King Ranch

• Hunters meet at the King Ranch Stratton Gate (#8 on map) 
• Instructions for hunters available HERE 
• Hunt will end at 11:30 am and all are welcome to attend the Shooter’s Lunch at the Calera Camp (#4 on map; enter through King Ranch Main Gate)

SATURDAY SHOOTING CLINIC
10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. | King Ranch

• ​Shooters will meet at 10:00 am at the King Ranch 5-Stand Skeet Range (#2 on map) 
• Instructions for shooters available HERE
• Bring shotgun (ammo provided for .410, 28, and 20 gauge) 
• After the morning clinic, participants can join the Shooter’s Lunch at the Calera Camp (#4 on map; enter through King Ranch Main Gate)

SATURDAY WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY
8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. | Tio & Janell Kleberg Wildlife Research Park

• Meet at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast at the Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Center in the Tio & Janell Kleberg Wildlife Research Park. Photography begins at 8:30 a.m.
• Bring warm clothes, outdoor shoes, binoculars (if you wish), and enthusiasm. All camera equipment will be provided.
• After the photo shoot, participants are welcome at the Shooter’s Lunch at the Calera Camp
• Eight seats available, first come – first serve

SATURDAY SHOOTER'S LUNCH
​11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. | Calera Camp on King Ranch

• Calera Camp on King Ranch (#4 on map), enter through King Ranch Main Gate (#6 on map) 
• Carne guisada and pan de campo will be served under the big tent  Come and Enjoy! 
• HALO-Flight helicopter on display 

SATURDAY EVENING DINNER & AUCTION
5:00 p.m. - ??? | King Ranch

• King Ranch (#12 on map) 
• Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres begin promptly at 5:00 pm 
• Seated Dinner begins promptly at 6:20 pm; Bar is closed between 6:20-6:45 pm 
• Recognition of the South Texan of the Year: Jeff Hildebrand 
• Live Auction
• Attire: South Texas Business (sport coat optional, NECK TIES PROHIBITED) 

SUNDAY BRUNCH
10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. | King Ranch Pool House

• King Ranch Pool House (#7 on map) 
• Attire: Casual
• Enjoy the company of your new friends! 
• Before you head home, go to downtown Kingsville and visit the King Ranch Saddle Shop!  They are graciously opening their doors for our group at 11:00 am on Sunday. (The Saddle Shop is located at 201 E Kleberg Ave, Kingsville, TX)
